Wrong Item / Damaged Product/ Incorrect Size/Incomplete Product/Manufacturing Defect:
If your goods are damaged or in any of the above conditions, we would be happy to give you a replacement with the right product. In this case, contact must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the products by Chat on WhatsApp +919354643441 notifying us of any damage to the product with pics of the product received. We will schedule return pick up for the product. It is required that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packed so that there is no further damage to products during transit. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Products should be returned in their original packaging and the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.
In case of incomplete product / items missing in the package, the missing parts will be sent after verification from our end.
Didn't Like the product or quality / Size not as per requirement / Changed my mind / Don't need anymore:
We ensure only the best quality reaches our customers as each product goes through a well-defined quality check process. However, these being art products, please note that there may be slight variation in looks and finish. The colors shown on the website are close to the real color of the product to the extent possible. However, depending upon your display screen, the colors may vary slightly. In case of handmade paintings, there may be minor variations due to the nature of the work.
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc. The return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage to products during transit. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by us to determine the product's original condition. If the product is not found in its original condition, your request will be rejected and the product will be shipped back to you (shipping cost borne by customer). Any damage to the product during the re-shipment of the product is the customer's responsibility.
For any refund for prepaid orders we reverse the transaction you made; for COD orders you will have to share your account details so that refunds can be processed. Applicable COD charges are non-refundable and only product charges are refunded. Refund can take up to 5–7 working days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
DIY painting kits
If you have tried the Do-It-Yourself (DIY) painting, then it won't be refundable or exchangeable. Only in case of non-used kits with all parts returned will refund or replacement be processed according to the above policies.
Order Cancellation
For order cancellation please Chat on WhatsApp +919354643441. Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are dispatched without any extra costs. Customer has to write us within 4 hrs. No cancellation will be made beyond that. For cancellations beyond the policy, a 20% deduction of the order value will be applied in case of a refund as a return shipping cost, in addition to a 3% payment-gateway/transaction charge for prepaid orders. Please note that once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Custom Product Order
Custom products are those created on your request, apart from other available products on the website. On such product orders COD won’t be applicable. Such orders are non-refundable, non-cancelable & non-exchangeable. They can only be replaced in case an incorrect or damaged product is received; for this you have to mail us within 24 hrs of receiving the product.
